I never have the heart palpitations but I get real flush and my hands get tingly ,I get numbness,and I feel like I am going to pass out,and I get an overwelming feeling of fear.Yes I've been to the doctor,I'm just wondering if anyone else has the same symptoms. I feel like this is ruining my life!! It happens almost everyday.I have been prescribed medecine and I hate the way it makes me feel! I've tried paxil and buspar.I don't know what to do!

I have panic attacks and seldom get heart palpations with them. It is more of a fear thing with me too, and I suggest you take your meds for a while. If they are too strong tell your dr. Sometimes they over medicate.

i get panic attacks! my heart races!! once in a while palpitates~whic freaks me out even more! lol
im not on meds tho~ dont have insurance. good luck:)
