I saw a guy today with a small black plastic box stuck to the side of his head about 1 inch above his right ear. It was about the size of a 50 p coin. I wondered what it was and how it was attached. When i looked at the other side of of his head I could see that there was a bolt head which must have gone straight through to the other side with the black thing fastened on the end. Anyone know what this is? It looked very strange, almost like something from a sci-fi flick. It must have gone straight through his brain. He looked fit and healthy and got in a car and drove away! And no, I wasn't staring and yes I am a nosey git!

It wasn't a costume, not a Frankenstein type bolt but a very small flush fitting surgical type. His hair was shaven around it and it had slightly indented his head. It was for real. Box looked like a electronic device of somekind.
