Try Mong Kok market in Kow Loon. Virtually, there are many goods there including weird and funny t'shirt.

You can go to Ladies Market in Mongkok for nice and affordable t-shirts in Hong Kong. Sham Shui Po also has some of the affordable t-shirts as well as 702, Phase 2, Metro Centre, 21 Lam Hing Street, Kowloon Bay for affordable clothes that do come with nice designs. As for funny designs, I'm not sure but you can go to those places I mentioned and maybe you can have a surprise findings.

I've been to Hong Kong before! I had the best shopping experience on "Nathan Road," where its basically like a flee market, except you buy mostly clothing, toys, weird gadgets, and everything else you can thing of. Those places are quite fun to buy from because you get to bargain. I remember getting a lot of shirts from there, but do beware of shirts that have "Chinglish" on it. Lol.
Anyway, I think its called Nathan Road, although I have heard some natives call it "Noy Yan Guy" or something like that...haha (sorry, I don't know Cantonese).

Temple street and ladies market are great suggestions.
If you are looking for a bit of a different feel/location, try hopping a bus to Stanley. There is a nice beach wicked food at the Muarry house and along the street. Stanley Market is where you will be able to find the shirts you are looking for.
Ladies Market is your best bet, based on the sheer size of the market. Remember to negotiate! the price they say, is NEVER the best. If you want lower and they won't budge... walk away... remember there are other vender's that will likely have it too (not to mention your first 4 steps away they tend to change their minds, and they end up giving it to you for your price).
