I'm an older brother to a 15-nearly 16 year old male.
We've shared a room for a long time, but several days ago, I was only kind of half asleep and noticed him masturbating by torchlight, In our room. I didn't say anything and just rolled over and went back to sleep, I think he must have stopped because he asked if I was awake when I rolled over, whether or not he kept going I don't know.
I've been doing it since I was 13, no doubt he's been doing it just as long, He's walked in on me doing it a few times by accident, And we've both seen each other naked on a few occasions,
He's also told me he does it, and I've never really batted an eye to any of it, but for some reason, this really gave me a smack in the face.
I still don't know whether to say anything in case I embarress the little bloke, or myself. I know there's nothing wrong with it but this has me well gobsmacked 4 some reason.

That's a tough one. Can you tell him about it lightheartedly? Like, Haha, I saw you masturbating the other day, do you mind taking it to the bathroom next time?
Or admit your embarrassment. Say, "dude, this is embarassing, but I have to tell you this. I know everyone masturbates and you do too, but I don't really want to know the details, and I don't want to see it for sure. Can we both agree not to do it in each other's presence?"

No, but I've been caught. My flat mate once called over from the other room to let me know he could hear me (it was a quiet apartment).
Find a way to say "Uhh... about the other night, late... not a problem with me but if you'd keep it quiet and leave off with the light it'd work better"
...or something like that.
