I tried control panel to zoom out but didn't work and this zoom gives me headech so please someone help me!

Press the F11 key and see if it fixes the issue and also try a reboot of your computer,

If you have a logitech mouse like I do, it's not about what key, but what button/wheel you may have accidently pushed. On my mouse in particular I have a secondary wheel near the thumb positions that acts as my zoom. Clicking the wheel as a button resets the zoom to 100%.

Has your screen resolution been changed? (control panel, display, settings)?
