I am.. and was just wondering how many others out there are. Does your cat enjoy the blinking cursor?

I do all the time (at home... im at work now). My kitty makes an excellent lap warmer. My other cat (her brother) will jump on top of the monitor and attack the cursor. I might like to add that he recently stopped using the scratching post, and uses my leg instead, when im sitting on the computer.
When they want to be petted they jump on the monitor or the tower and meow at me until i look at them. Then they jump onto the keyboard and lay across it, while the other one gets on the ground and pull the mouse cable so it falls down (i need to get wireless!)

My cat loves to sit on my lap while I'm answering questions. Normally I pet her for a few minutes and kick her off. Not to be mean, but it's like trying to read a book and they come and lay on top of it. I love my cat though, she's the best!

Mine is sitting on my chest/left shoulder. I have to stretch my neck around him so I can see the screen and keyboard. LOL
My cats not only try to swat the cursor but love trying to reach for things "in" the screen. A total hoot!

My cat loves to lay on the keyboard.
When I had an older montior (I have a LCD now) she would lay on top of that and look down at the screen as I was surfing the net.

My cat actually jumps on top of my desk chair and watches the screen. She gets a better view that way!

Yep mine does it all the time!
Whenever i'm laid on my sofa with my laptop, he always decides to fall fast asleep on my chest.
He's here now...i have to type in such a twisted way because i don't want to wake the poor fella!
He always chases me cursor when he's awake too lol, he soon gets bored though!
He's asleep on my chest now...upside down!

My cats are napping right now. But I have typed around them- or tried to! Sometimes they like to get up and see what's on my screen.
Once I had a pic of a kitty who had died recently up there. And poor Galahad stood up on my desk and tried to polish it because he knew who the picture was.

my cat always sits on my lap when i am on the computer. sometimes, when he is paying attention, he attacts the screen. but otherwise he sleeps. he's my buddy
