You realize, don't you, that He did not die from the nail holes, and He was dead "God crushed Him" Isaiah 53, when His pierced side issued that saving blood.

I not sure what happened to you here Ben , God dosen't murder . Jesus laid down His life for us . He could have said alright I had enough , I'm off this cross , these people are worthless . Then Jesus could of spoke a word and , this world could have been totally destroyed . But He choose not to even though we did the murdering not God . We all choose
how we live and there is help for those who choose God thru His Holy spirit to make a stand against this fallen world .

No, God was incarnate. When Adam and Eve sinned by disobeying Him, God brought an animal and transformed the sin from them to that animal ,then He slaughtered that animal. So the animal was as if it was a sinner and Adam and Eve as if they were holy. That animal was a simbol of Jesus who took all our sins on the cross . God did so to reconcile with us. The relationship between Him and human came to an end after Adam and Eve sinned , because He was the most holy and couldn't deal with sinfull people. After a long period of time of acrificing animals God send His son, Jesus Christ, to make an everlasting sacrifice . So now we don't need to sacrifice animals. He did so because He loved us most.

Good Luck!!

First of all , God did not murder His Son. In the Book of John, chapter 19, verse 30, it says : " ..... and He bowed His head and GAVE up His Spirit." God did not kill Jesus, nor did the Romans who put Him on the cross. Jesus obeyed His Father's will, and willingly gave up His life for all of us. In Isaiah 53: 10 it says : " Yet it PLEASED the Lord to bruise him(JESUS) ..... ". That doesn't mean that God took great delight in His son dying , he was pleased that Jesus obeyed His will and agreed to LAY DOWN His life for us.

God didn't murder Him. Humans, specifically the conservatives of Jesus's day, ever the keepers of the status quo, murdered Him out of their own free will.

No, but some very disturbed people seem to be. I saw this answer to another question earlier. It cracked me up. :)

"Most certainly a God of love. He condemned His only son to an excrutiatingly painful death on the cross. Can a God be any more loving than that?"

Funniest thing about it was that she was deadly serious, she wasn't being sarcastic.

The phrasing of your question reveals you lack insight of the big picture.
Please study the subject first, it might limit your ridicule and increase your respect.

A-haaa - somebody who FINALLY understands!

When you don't have enough straw to make a straw man, you just grasp at straws where ever you can.

Great job! Next time, however, try to engage and involve your brains in asking your question.
