The quality of Yahoo Answers varies according to section.

I have found that R&S often teaches very little, except how pigheadedly convinced many contributors to it are of the correctness of their beliefs.

I have been favorably impressed with only a few contributors here, and the imaginary or unimaginary status of God has little to do with my opinions about R&S or YA.

No God is not imaginary. For believers it is a matter of faith.

I agree with those who say that Yahoo Answers is a place where we can express opinions. It does not matter if we get the best answers. Actually all the questions I answer help me to to understand and explore the way I think according to my beliefs. I articulate my answers and don't believe a one or 2 sentence answer is enough. And I don't mind tackling the hardest questions. I leave my profile public so people can see what questions I've answered in case they appreciate or it helps them a understand a current question. According to a person who might think differently or in complete agreement with them.

Thanks for letting me state my opinion. I really do learn from people here no matter how frivolously it appears to be to others. Life is like that.

Yahoo Answers doesn't teach anything. It's an on-line forum designed to allow people to exchange questions and answers as well as beliefs, opinions and ideas. The users are the teachers and students.

*Yahoo Answers* does not teach anything. It is merely a forum. And a fact is something that has been proven, and God being imaginary has not been proved.

It's the only place that some people will have that option presented to them for consideration I guess. Most religions present their individual false explanations of the world as fact.

Yes, it helps...all it really takes is basic logic to prove that God is imaginary. YA allows for more people to be exposed to this logic.
Despite the obvious, we still see people who are either brainwashed or headstrong, but obviously thinking illogically either way.

Sort of. Most people refuse to believe that, but once in a while, I guess it will sink in.
