I'm assuming this is a valid question, so I'll give you a valid answer. I don't believe boredom is that big of a problem with sheep like it is with horses. When horses are bored, they "crib" or chew on wood or become "windsuckers", arching their necks over and over. If a sheep doesn't have anything else to do, they'll lay down and chew their cud.
Sheep are far from stupid, extensive studies have shown sheep have the best memory of any domesticated animal around. They have been found to remember up to 150 different sheep's faces for up to two years after they last saw them.
Sheep are accused of laying down and dying. In nearly all cases, they've died from enterotoximia, a bacteria in the gut that suddenly starts multiplying like mad, causing them to hemmorage inside. It can kill healthy young lambs in less than two hours without showing any previous symptoms.
If you have sheep and think they are bored because they're eating bark off of trees, it is either of two things. They may be short on some essential minerals, so get some loose mileral mix and feed free choice. Hair sheep will eat bark off of trees, eat dried up pine Christmas trees, rose bushes and so on because they want to.

Surely you jest!
Keep you sheep happy if your lucky enough to have them in the first place.
Like any other mammal, needs to be well feed, a warm place to sleep, and a good owner.
They ( the sheep) may be worried that you have signs of boredom. Good luck with them!
