"It" is a pronoun which is used to refer to objects that are not alive as in the difference between something and someone.Therefore, unless otherwise specified, proper use of the pronouns we use in intelligent conversation makes "he" the word to use when referring to someone. If one worships an idol or something else as a god, it is correct to use the pronoun "it." As with some cultures that have several gods with various names, one uses the pronouns "he or she" as appropriately referenced in the usage. However, when one speaks of God, the creator of the world, it is only proper to use the pronouns "He and Him" capitalized, making your question grammatically incorrect. And to answer your question, which is not even intelligent usage of thought, He wouldn't even NEED to fart in order to extinguish you in an instant. So you better watch the sacrilege, little buddy, before you are made to know the power of God from true experience.
