'Verkeerd' means 'wrong'
For example:
Dat antwoord is verkeerd --> That answer is wrong

Koffie verkeerd literally means 'wrong coffee'
The coffee is considered wrong because it's more than half milk and less than half coffee, while a normal coffee would have more coffee than milk.
So I would compare it with a latte.

It's common that they call it 'koffie verkeerd' in the Netherlands and Flanders, while in Flanders they also might call it with it's French name 'lait russe' (literally Russian milk')

Happy Holidays!

I would imagine it's "verkeert".

If you mean "what does the Dutch word 'verkeert' mean in English" then I would say:

If it follows normal patterns of Dutch/German word relations it is the same as "verkehrt" in German which means "backwards" and a few other words depending on context.

I found "koffie verkeerd" on nl.Wikipedia and it links to the English page for Latte. Pretty much the same thing by the sound of it.

It does mean backwards. In the context of "koffie verkeert" it means coffee made backwards. You put a little coffee in a cup, which does not have to be hot. Then you add hot (slightly boiled) milk. This gives it a different, sort of mocha flavor.
