Salt is probably the most important because we need a certain amount in our diets. Sugar possibly not but in how many songs do you hear them mention salt?

Salt water and sugar water boils before organic water. when you consider that sugar boils and burns before salt boils yet salt by no ability burns in a house i assume sugar water boils first. All recommendations boil at a decrease temperature as you shrink the air rigidity like on a mountain.

Both in moderation. In excess (i.e. crisps/chips and sweets) they are evil in natural form.
