Probably easiest to ask at your local chemists/pharmacy. Be aware that some chemists will ask you why you want it; apparently it can be used by heroin users to 'cut' their drugs, Boots no longer stock it for that reason.

The other alternative would be to see if you have a shop catering to winemaking/brewing in your area, as it is a common ingredient in home wine making.

A shop that sells home brewing supplies will have it. It's used as an anti-oxidant in beer.

As Andy G45 says, it is available in Chemists, but they are often reluctant to sell it as it is indeed used to 'cut' heroin.
