Eating alot of chocolates like 4 to 5 in a day or using excess of dry fruits(almonds,nuts etc..) make my head to spin during intervals...can u help??

well YOU EAT TOO MUCH and TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING IS BAD FOR YOU AND THAT COULD LEAD TO MIGRAINES...CHOCOLATES contains phenylethylamine and too much of this substance affects your concentration and adds various points in the head, that's why your head spins and too much NUTS could cause pressure in the temples due to protein or fat overload in the body, TRY TO EAT A HANDFUL okie!

Do you also get a headache? Chocolate is a common trigger for migraine, so it could be that. As for the nuts, it's less common, but my dad gets migraine from eating cashews.

My suggestion is call your doctor and ask. They may want to send you to a neurologist.

I'm not sure what's the problem, but just make sure to drink more water after eating such a lot of chocolates, hope I'll help.
