No. You have iron deficiency so you need to have iron replacement (that ferritin level is still very low). Unless you are also B12 deficient (a blood test can check that), B12 shots won't do anything for you.

OK - Now I see your lab values.
"Nicedoc" has it right.
B12 shots only help if you are B12 deficient.
Your serum ferritin is on the low side, but you say your hemoglobin has corrected to normal. If you are not anemic, you should not be symptomatic from a ferritin level of 12. Ferritin is storage iron - extra iron in your system.
Something else is going on here. As an answerer said in your other question, it could be low thyroid - - and that would be treatable with appropriate oral thyroid hormone therapy.
But there are MANY other things that can cause someone to feel weak and tired. A good primary care physician will explore these possibilities with you until the problem is (hopefully) resolved. Good Luck. (And I would suggest you stay on some oral iron supplement.)

I too had this test and my ferritin level was low. This may sound crazy but have them check your liver as well. A month later they ran tests again and they were normal. Crazy huh? Have them check your enzymes on your liver.
