Maybe 8:00 for the 4, 6, and 8 year olds and 8:30 or 9:00 for the 11 year old.

My kids are 10,7, and 2. I like to try to have them in bed by 8 so hopefully they are sleeping by 8:30 because we get up at 6:30 to get ready for school. However, it seems that they go to bed much easier if I let them stay up until 9 pm. With that being said, my 7 year old is usually ready for bed by 7:30, it is my 2 year old that actually goes down better if I let her stay up until 9, and of course my 10 year old will stay up as long as I let him, but he is usually very good about going to bed when I say "lights out". Do your kids get up easily in the morning, or do they like to sleep in and then have to rush to get ready? When it's time for bed, do they go right to sleep or do they need to lie there and relax for a while? Based on the ages of your kids, I would think they should be going to bed no later than 9 pm. Hope this helps!

For the younger two, 8 p.m., for the older two 9 p.m. It's only fair that the older two get to stay up a little longer and this also gives the younger two something to look forward to! I would say 10 o'clock is appropriate for teenagers 13-15 and 11 after that. But kids who are in school need their rest and I believe in a set bedtime until they graduate from high school. After that, they're on their own!

Hope this helps.

I say nine since they wake up at 6:30 ALso cause the need to rest enough and it takes them 15 to 30 minutes to fall asleep. On weekends I demonstrate a bed time as well not 9 but 10 just so they are not missplaced

It depends on when they have to get up in the morning. Kids up through age eight still need about ten hours of sleep, so their bedtimes should still be around eight. The eleven year old could stay up until nine or nine thirty. You can make later bedtimes on the weekend if you want, but all the sleep experts say that everyone, adults included, should go to bed around the same time every day, weekends included.

I'd say 8pm for the 4 and 6 year old. The 8 year old should be 8 or 9 depending on their ability to get up the next day. 9pm for the 11 year old unless they have a problem getting up the next day.

before everything, i do no longer think of they should all have the comparable bedtime. I even have an 8yo; she is (and desires to be) in mattress at 8:00. they are all diverse infants and could desire diverse rules for the time of their lives. the extra youthful ones will purely would desire to close their doorways and the older one will purely would desire to learn how to be quiet. besides, i think of 10:00 is plenty late even for the 12 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous. needless to say she needs to not sleep! She is and could proceed to objective you. this is the time to place down regulations. you could continually do something like insist that 10:00 is in mattress yet can study till 10:30 if she's particularly particularly the form of latest child that purely would not need plenty sleep. yet maximum desire extra effective than they get.
