(-: Emotional satisfaction!
If you are serious about health benefits, then have just the green tea with some mandarin oranges and a handful of nuts.
If you want to try out a new flavor sensation, then go for the ice cream or tempura -- being adventuresome is a great way to blow off stress and make for a more interesting life! Just don't fool yourself that these fatty foods are going to do wonders for your blood vessels!

I don't think there are any benefits for the green tea ice creams. Green tea is the flavor, I do not believe they use green tea extracts.
Tempura green tea? As in green tea fried with batter? I am sure these snacks are not healthy at all.
One has too much sugar and the other has too much oil.

Your answer was very simplistic and could be the answer to just about any question posted here, iDea... Having said, hot tea is fresher than cold or iced tea, yet if your are drinking REAL green tea, and not some sugared up beverage that lists green tea as only one of many ingredients, you can't go wrong, as long as it was brewed within a short amount of time when you drink it. If it is cloudy, pitch it and brew fresh. Don't over steep your green tea. 2 minutes is perfect. Enjoy!
