At my work I have to put these papers into bags, so I am standing in one spot, for about ten to fifteen minutes, and then I have to deliver those bags to 30-50 rooms. At the end of my little escapade my back is killing me. But it is only on the right side, all up and down that muscle. After that, it's gone, but i'm in complete agony for those 30 min. or so. I have really good posture, I could balance a book on my head while wearing stilletos, so I can't figure out what i'm doing wrong. Any thoughts?

sorry i'm taking so long to answer but we had ice storm i've been out of elec. till today. ok here goes . the place where u stand can you safly put a small box there about 6" tall ?so you can rest one foot on it then rest the other foot on it .back and forth will help u for the time u are standing. as you are walking shift your load from 1 hand to the other. i bet you carry every thing with 1 hand. if your back is still hurting when you get home put heat pad on for about 15 min. then change to a ice pack for 15 min. that should wash the pain away . good luck

Two things are wrong, one stilettos, even balancing a book on your head, the shoe pushes the pelvis forward, so to balance you bring the shoulders further back. I assume you are right handed, so you stand with your pelvis forward, shoulders back, straining the spine, while placing papers into bags, expect some twisting motion on a spine that is already misaligned. You wonder why you have pain for 30 mins?
