What does he mean by this?
My boyfriend and I made the rule of *No sex till we're at least 16 (I'm 15) months ago(his idea). The other day we got very into making out and it was extremely heated. I think he had an orgasm. Wait, what am I saying, he had an orgasm.
I was teasing him in school, asking if he would sleep with me tonight à la "voulez vous coucher avec moi..." At first he was laughing with me, then he just kissed me very pasionately and asked me whether I was kidding or not, "because by now you could probably make me beg...I still have my rules, and I don't want to any sooner...I want time, but...god..." this was followed by another passionate kiss.
I asked him if I could seduce him if I wanted to, he said, "Apsolutely."

When I asked him how he knew, he just said, "I could tell that you could..." I told him that I don't think that I have that much power over him, he replied with, "But, you do!"

What exactly did he mean?

He means that he now realizes that his "no sex" rule is unrealistic. The sexual relationship is often compared to a "slippery slope". Do you understand that? Imagine a you're on the top of a hill and the side of the hill is all muddy.

You step off the top onto the side and you begin to slide down the hill. You have no control over yourself. You would like to be able to stop, but you can't. That's how it is when two people get to a certain point in their feelings for one another. That's where your boyfriend is right now.

Now, the 'no sex' rule until you're 16 is not a bad idea, but what's important to consider is if your boyfriend is the same age. In most states there can be some very serious legal consequences when one person is 16 or older and one is under 16. Even if he only turned 16 yesterday, and you turn 16 tomorrow, any sexual activity between the two of you today, could result in his arrest and possible prison. This is NO JOKE. If you are both under 16, then you don't have the legal concern, but you should consider that you're both still very young to be having sex. A 'no sex until we're married' rule would be much better, but I realize that today such a rule would also be unrealistic.
