microsoft word? how can i turn a word file to "pdf" and vice versa?

i do have pdf on my pc , but i dont know how to do it.

i have adobe acrobat 8,
but how do i do it?

For Word to PDF just use FreePDF.
You can download and use for free...its a virtual printer on which you can print an pdf file.

for the other way around it´s a bit more complicated. If it´s allowed in the pdf you can select the text in the pdf via selectiontool and paste it into a word file. Besides that there may be a buyable solutaion..but I don´t know any.

You will need to download and install software like the one mentioned above. If this is for work, I would recommend Adobe Acrobat Standard 6.0 (I think the current version is 8.0 but it would be cheaper if you can find 6.0, 8.0 is around $300). It can do more than just convert something to pdf.

Otherwise, there are many doc to pdf converters.

Edit:

You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0. To convert to pdf, you need Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional.
