According to Genesis 4, Cain had a son named Enoch. But it is implied that he had many other children. After the murder of Abel, Cain build a city which he named after his son Enoch.

There are no children listed for Abel.

At the time Cain killed Abel, Cain was 130 years old. God had to mark Cain so that anyone finding him would not kill him (taking revenge for the murder of Abel.) This would imply that there were lots of people - probably descendents of both Cain and Abel. Otherwise God would not have had to mark Cain to protect him. But none of the names of the children of Abel are listed.

David G is correct. As far as Cain being the only father available, that is just bunk. Example. As God was banishing Cain from the garden , Cain complained to God that EVERYONE who saw him would kill him for murdering Abel. So who are these everyone.? You need to think about that.

If the twisted geneologies of the Bible are actually true (not possible, but for the sake of the argument let's pretend...) --

If Abel didn't have any kids... aren't ALL present-day people descended from Cain?

I'm not a religious scholar. I could be wrong. But doesn't that seem right? In spite of religious people pointing at their opponents, or people of other races, if this tale is true isn't everyone descended from Cain?

Sons of Cain: Kenites, offspring of Cain

In Matthew 13, Christ interprets the Parable of the Sower for His disciples. His interpretation documents that the devil planted his seed (Kenites) in the world.

Matthew 13:37-39:

37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

With the above in mind, it's not too surprising that Cain, Satan's son, was the first murderer.

In John, Christ further documents that Satan planted his evil seed in the world. That's why the Kenites, offspring of Cain, in the verses below, wanted to murder Christ.

John 8:38-44:

38 I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.

Notice the upper case and lower case Fs in above verse.

39 They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.

40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.

41 Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.

42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.

43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.

44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Edit:

In response to post below this one.

Adam and Eve were 8th creations. The rest of the races were 6th day creations. The Bible and your common sense should tell you that we are not all of the same race. Just look around you for verification.

Also, Cain went to the Land of Nod and took a wife there. Where did those folks come from?

Your documentation follows:

GENESIS 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

GENESIS 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

GENESIS 2:7 And the LORD God formed man (Adam) of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul
