Come on, STOP PLAYING GAMES, BOTH OF YOU. SHE LIKES YOU but doesn't want to lose your friendship in case you don't like her too.
If you really fancy her, let her know, this time be the one to make the first move. That's what she dreaming of.
But if you don't want to go out with her, don't mislead her; next time she teases you just tell her you don't like those games with her. This of course in case you don't fancy her; therefore the dirty talk game has to stop.
Yet I guess you do like her, so be brave man, this gal is in love with you, you better be serious.

Be careful here! She may see you as a good way to have a flirt with no threats...if your best mates she obviously feels safe with you, so it might just be that shes comfortable to have a flirt and not worry that you may go to far with it. So I wouldnt guess right away that she is in to you. Keep flirting and see if she lets its lead to anything!!

She wants you and bad by the sounds of it.
Trouble is if you have any feelings back for her then don't persue it unless you absolutely sure. You don't wanna lose her friendship if a relationship fails.
