From the Jewish POV:

he will keep the entirety of the Torah- that is both the written and oral law (Five books of Moses and the Mishnah). The temple will be rebuilt and the full temple service, including the sacrifices and everything else will be reinstated.

The first great law - love God with all you have

and the second great law - love your neighbour with all you have.

Obviously. We don't need any more.

PS Well Bob - I may call you Bob I hope? What do you mean 'Is that all David's descendants did?' If the Messiah comes to rule, I would expect him to fulfil the law by putting into practice the two great commandments, as Christians believe Jesus did. Why this fascination with laws anyway? Jesus came to set us free from laws - rejoice in the freedom we have!

If you look at David's life, he broke rather a lot of the 'lesser' laws, like the 10 commandments, but is arguably the greatest person of the Old Testament because he showed that he kept the two great laws.

the Moshiach must be a man directly decended from David HaMelech. This means he cannot be a kohein or a levi.
There are 4 requirements to be the Moshiach (I only know 3):
1-he must be a man decended from David haMelech
2-he must bring all of the Jews together
3-he must be living (he cannot have died before being Moshiach. This knocks out Yeshke and the Lubavitcher Rebbe)

This almost gives me the idea of an antagonizing arguement, but honestly, Jesus won't be keeping any more laws than He already is now. While some laws will be useless, they most likely won't be abolished. The Bible says God never changes, and that won't change when He sits on His throne.

When that happens He is going to administer the Law from His throne in Jerusalem, and all the earth will follow that Law or be punished.
