Nope. Abraham specifically left Ur because they wanted to kill him for rejecting their Gods. The fact that Abraham, and thus Judaism, use a lunar calendar is completely unrelated to any Gods worshipped by the surrounding tribes.

for starters Terah did not follow the same God as Abraham came to.
(abraham was not born following God, but was the first convert)
Terah was an idolmaker(sculpted/carved idols). and its inferred in one of the better known mishnah, either an atheist or polytheist.
part of the whole POINT of the distinction of the nature of God in Judaism is that God is only "God of" ... everything. God is above any others, and truly singular and absolute in power.

Please (please) read the Bible correctly. Abraham was not a Jew, he was from Ur of Chaldea, & so was probablly a Zoroastrian.
