So, we have the following:
- Polyarticular involvement (it would be helpful to know which joints of the hand are hurting)
- Signs of synovitis (Tender, hot joints)
- Tiredness
This raises the clinical suspicion of viral arthritis, reactive arthritis, systemic rheumatic disease and rheumatoid arthritis.
I suggest to see a rheumatologist. An early diagnosis might be crucial in your case.
@sokokl
Tiredness might be a feature of fibromyalgia, but it's even more common in other rheumatic diseases. The presence of signs of inflammation makes fibromyalgia as a diagnosis unlikely.

could be so many things.
pain, left painful knee, and tenderness. all the 3 might point to a Rheumatoid Arthritis which common second only after osteoarthritis.
I don't agree with osteoarthritis as it's a degenerative disease versus an inflammatory arthritis[which is the case presented here] and does not usually produce tenderness, and warm hands[hot] which is a sign of inflammation.
It could also be Septic Arthritis as painful LEFT knee might mean it's a monoarticular distribution and might be caused by factors such as infection.
Systemic symptom such as lethargy might mean anything from autoimmune disorder, sarcoidosis, polymyalgia/temporal arteritis, to chronic tophaceous gout.
The presenting complaint at this point in time are inadequate to come up with a diagnosis, but the differentials are as stated. One thing though, it's got to be in the inflammatory section of arthritis instead of a non-inflammatory one.

Could be osteoarthritis as one possibility. Another possibility especially because of the fatigue factor is that of fibromyalgia.
The only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
