ive tried to make it at home but it's never the same.

I think they use a different method of cooking than the usual pan fry, their seasoning consists of too much salt and pepper and fry in peanut oil.
Real home fried chicken is much better, not as salty either.
You can take your chicken pieces and soak them in icy salted water in the fridge overnight for juiciness too.
Sometimes I make what I call Brooklyn fried chicken, because I'm from Brooklyn.
I cup flour
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
mix and use to coat chicken that has been dipped in milk
If you want extra crispy, use self rising flour and buttermilk.
