not easily
they prove very costly but once made I almost always do too much to fulfill them

I make few promises, and I tend to keep them. I don't think that's necessarily a moral recommendation, I just think that if you make one promise in a given month, you tend to remember that promise.

I don't make promises easily, I pay attention if I can surly do it...
But if I made one, I do my best to keep it!
