Wow. Take a nice slow breath in....let it out...inhale again, nice and slow, let it out....just rest a moment, and breathe....You're not crazy, but you are rather wound up. I just looked over your q and a's and found a post you made 2 weeks ago about breaking up with your first love. It hurts. It just does. Breaking up with your first love is painful. You are probably having nightmares because you are angry about breaking up. It isn't appropriate to dump your anger all over the people around you, and you know this, but these feelings need to be vented. Maybe pound on a pillow for a while or spew it out in a journal and then burn it, or something. Try to find ways to occupy yourself and distract your attention from it, go out and do some volunteer work or something, it will help distract you from your problems to think about someone else. Sometimes when we have a problem, we can wind up thinking about it so much that it just seems like the whole world has been filled up with just that, and it can throw your perspective out of whack. It's ok to be hurt, and ok to be angry. It's ok to mope in your room for a while, but too much of that, and you can wind up dwelling on it too much, and lose your perspective. Try to understand that in your dreams you are venting your anger, it might be upsetting right now, but you are trying to work it off so you can heal. When you wake up from one of these dreams, try telling yourself that it's ok, and you are working things out so you can heal and move on. Visualize a soft pink light surrounding you, and take a slow deep breath, breathe in the pink light, and as you inhale say to yourself "I am at peace." As you inhale the pink light, see it moving to your heart, surrounding your heart, and healing it. Focus on the light, and your breath to help you relax and go back to sleep. Breathe the light in, then let it out. Do try to get out there and find something new to do with yourself to occupy your time, you will heal better if you get involved in new things. Wear or carry a piece of rose quartz to remind you of the pink light, and whenever you touch it, stop for a moment and think of the pink light surrounding you, and healing you. Well, try talking to your boyfriend. It means you can't get out of that huge break-up. Well, you should move on. But since you're dreaming about it, why not try to be just close friends?
