Why?, you certainly don't.

These things are only conveniences which allow you to follow a faith.

A vicar is somebody to "lead the worship", so that there is some structure to it.

A church is a place to "conduct the worship", so that people know where to go, and are kept warm and dry while being there.

Baptism, and other ceremonies, are re-affirmation of faith, like milestones in your life, so that you feel you are going in the right direction.

Maybe you actually need to read the Bible. No vicar isn't there but just read Acts to find Baptism and church. Church isn't a building, it's a gathering of believers in Jesus Christ.

Water baptism is usually hypocritical, and is now meaningless. A church building is unnecessary. Bible-study and prayer is fine in your front room. Or kitchen. A vicar is actually anti-Christian, and will only get in your way.

What is essential? Trust in the completed work of Christ in paying for one's sins on the cross, and living a life of gratitude for that. Nothing, but everything.

Good question !

Our Sovereign Savior Jesus Christ did not found the "Christian church"; but He is fully here in Spirit (see John 16:7-16) lovingly fostering -- spiritually feeding -- all individual Christians and all humans everywhere and at all times ! Amen ! We thus can and do thank Jesus here and now and everywhere at all times.

Our Universe Creator God-Man Jesus is too Big and too Real to be confined to just a church or a hundred trillion churches.

Acts 2:38, “And Peter said to them, ‘Repent, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.’”

there is only one church, the one little block hut Jesus went into to pray. and we are only baptised for a faith reason, as Jesus was, and said this is good.

you need to go so you can give your offerings thereby giving the vicar something to do and give him some money to jingle in his pocket.
