Well one concern is that they arent screening people for contagious diseases, just like it was left out of the previous attempt at an immigration reform bill.
Many of the countries that the migrant worker is from dont vaccinate or do it poorly.

You are putting Americans out of work. Working with you is difficult. You drive down wages and cause more work for the Americans who have to work with you. Quite honestly, you all develop the worst software code that I have ever seen.

This country was not founded to provide jobs for the world.
