It doesn't really translate that easily
- mon journal pour manger sain - grammatically not that correct, more a sort of spoken french
- mon journal de nourriture saine - my healthy food diary
- Manger sain jour par jour - healthy eating day after day

It is hard to translate this compact expression. It isn't as short and direct in french.
Mon journal pour manger sain
(= My diary for healthy eating)
Mon journal du manger sain
(=My diary of healthy eating). Doesn't sound as good in French.

I agree with SaThie. Another alternative would be "Mon journal d'alimentation saine"
