There is a multi-storey at the end of Broad Street that I have used before. It didn't seem too unreasonable, although I haven't used it for a while. Don't try to use it on a Saturday night though - you can't move for drunks.

If you're worried about parking, you might be better to go by train, New Street station is right in the city centre.

There are some free one just behind the railways of Moor street station, in between .the selfrige and Bullring. Or the car park in Chinatown, they are quite reasonable and near the centre.

None of them are particularly cheap sadly! The best one I find is the Debenhams one - easy to get to as well and you are right in the centre too.
