The ferry runs 24 hours a day. Usually, there is a ferry for every 15 minutes to 30 minutes. You don't really need to know the ferry schedule as there is alway one for you.

Just take a cab from airport ot ferry station, it costs about 5 usd, and asks for the next ferry.

The ferry runs 24/7 every 20 to 30 minutes. I don't know of the availability during holidays but since the chinese don't really make much of a big deal about christmas you should be good..
