Sounds like situation normal to me.

We are developing stuff as well. We have partners we develop with, such as Germany or the United Kingdom.

Russia and India had relations back during the cold war, so its not suprising. India has been buying Russian equipment for a long time. Now that they have industrial power, why is it a suprise that they are partnering. Russia is not our enemy, neither is India. That may change some day, but not now.

These things are still on the drawingboard, so you won't pictures yet. Just like you wont see what the US or any other country is building until they want you see it.

Just like a computer, as soon as you buy it, its outdated. The same goes for planes or anything. Technowledgy moves on. This is just that progession, as usual.

20 years ago, the B2 and F119 were all the rage of the future, now the F22, someday the F35, there are plans that go further out then those models. Every country has them.

Sounds tit for tat to me--everyone is looking for an edge on everyone else. Lockheed Martin still holds at least a decade's lead on everyone else in low-radar-observable aviation structures technology (first the U-2 and SR-71, then the FB-117, and currently the F-22A and XF-35), so OKBa Mikoyana and Sukhogo, Shenyang, EuroFighter Ltd., Israel Aircraft Industries, &c. have a lot of catching-up to do if they are to delay radar detection, esp. if unaided in manufacturing-intelligence info.

By now, the Russians would have figured out how to reproduce, possibly improve on, the "iron-ball" from the U-2B they splashed in 1960; but it wouldn't be expedient to use it on the Su-27PFU/33PFU/33K/37BF/37K, which are as radar-reflective as the recently decommissioned USN/Northrop Grumman F-14D. Therefore, if they are to significantly reduce radar reflectivity, they need to develop a new airframe design. Perhaps they figured out how Boeing managed to reduce the radar reflectivity on the F-18E/F; such measures could be employed on a new Sukhoi S-series or Mikoyan-Gurjevich E-series test plane years before either is committed to full-scale production.

Wow, what a question you have. I cant exactly answer this for you however I can tell you this. Have you ever listend to anyone when they say "Dont listen to the media?" It could be one of two things. Either A) They really are sneaky bastards who feel that they need to have a huge missle they will never use to make up for the fact that their country in total poverty, and have to pick on other countries such as India to have some sort of alli only because no one else will back them up, so they like to think they have the BIG GUNS.

Or it could be B) They are just simply bluffing and making up all sorts of crap just like N. Korea. Here is my theory on it all.. All of these countries are losing sleep over what? A missle they will NEVER use? think about it. . . . Why in the hell would you threatin a country then use this missle/bomb that could possibly wipe out man kind? Even they wouldnt survive....What morons! Idiots! Then again ...It takes just one crazy SOB to get behind the boss's chair and push the big red button.

I'm not stressing over it...... Soviets....Indians.....BRING IT!
