I...
Binge myself out on sites like these, where I can relate and talk to people, or I YouTube... While listening loudly to my music while drinking a strong cup of green tea with a slice of lemon.
I watch TV- my favourite shows, but I focus on comedies (Family Guy and American Dad are great options to relieve stress! Hilarious!)
I avoid people who stress me out as much as humanly possible, and if that is hard, I limit the conversations and give them no reason to do or say anything.
I take a long hot shower scrubbing my back with a massagey stick and I exfoliate because it feels so nice! And I use a yummy smelling body wash.
I surround myself with things relevant to my childhood. Sometimes I YouTube the Macarena, or the Spice Girls. Shameful, terrible, plastic, but oh, the remenisance is priceless! I climb trees, look at photos of the past... Write down everything thats on my mind, then rip it up and throw it away.
A also dance- I like trying out 80's moves. I know its sporty, but trying a dance that was popular when you were younger might really cheer you up.

Hehe... Well there are lots of stuff you could do. Things like simple meditating(take a deep breath while you counting to 10, and release it again while you count to 10), listening to classic or relaxing music, and have a nice jog.

be in the present moment, and find your deepest sense of center, and realize that whatever is happening is perfect and just say yes to whatever is present. Do that, and you will reach a perfect state of bliss, and you will find a freedom that can't be won, or lost.
