I have three over the counter meds you can try. Talk to the pharmacist at any drug store for guidance:
1. Pain Bust-Or Ultra Cream.
2. Leg Cramps w/Quinine.
3. Homeopathic Leg Cramp Ointment.
Good luck! Bananas and potatoes for potassium too. :)

Proper diet for one, then try potassium replacement...you can do that by tiring one of those drinks like Gatorade....take a warm bath....if all this doesn't work I'd see your Dr. to find out what your lacking...there's something off balance with your system !!!!!!!

You need potassium, calcium, and water. Gatorade and Tums will do it. Ice it down now and take the advil to break the inflammation. Use heat before you start stretching for the track meet tomorrow.

See your doctor and ask him about Requip (Rophinal) there are several things on the market for this now. I know it helps.

You need to start taking a daily multivitamin. Potassium will help, as well......eat a banana everyday!
