Ya totally. There should be a one year suspension of computer use and one years probation after their first conviction. Then if they want to type again, they will have to have a blood alcohol reader attached to their computer, blow over and the computer is shut down until that persons probation officer has a chance to deal with the parole violation.
I think on a second conviction, they should be sent to an Iranian jail where there is no access to the Internet when you are incarcerated.

I'm the Mistress of Typoe even when I'm sober, you can only imagine what happens when I have a few shots of Jagermeister.
EDIT: Wow! I made a typo while spelling ''typo'' How many people can do that? LOL
(Where have you been for the past few days? HUGS!)

It's too late to insist that people take a test and get a driving license for the information superhighway.
Though it just might sober people up if at any moment a flashing blue light could appear on their monitor, and lines such as:
"Pull over! You've been typing without due care and attention."
"When did you last have your opinions serviced, then?"
"You've had your right indicator on for the last fifty posts."

And exactly what "gun control" would that be? Care to cite an example of what you are claiming? There have been no significant changes in Federal gun control laws under the Obama Administration, so whatever it is you ARE whining about was also "Bush's gun control"... Got logic?

Oh most definitely not. If that happened then fundies would actually be able to think while reading what other people typed. If that happened they'd deconvert by the next day.

Jamus,
It's called "slyping" (slurred typing) and I think not......about the law. When I am slyping, I do some of my most passionate writing. Great questions though.
