thanks jaelee s. but propecia ive researched is for male pattern baldness right? and its like rogaine or minoxidil, the effect is temporary. the hair will fall out again if stress happens.

I wish I knew how to get rid of stress. They say exercise helps, but I have difficulty not thinking about everything even while I exercise. I stress about everything. I would probably stress if I didn't have something to worry about! :-). One thing for certain...we are not alone!!! I try to remain positive about things, which helps some.
I don't know anything about alopecia, but I know stress can contribute to many problems!!!
Praying about my problems helps me more than anything.

I have it too.
I went through the creams and even shots.
Now, about two years later, some is growing back.
I guess we have to wait.
