"c" sounds the best but I would have worded it differently. I would have said "How many days in a row can I take off from work". You don't really need to add the "up to". It's a little redundant and makes the sentence structure a bit awkward.

I would say c. How many days in a row all pertains to the same meaning. the best way to say it is, to disregard the up to. "How many days can I consecutively take off from work." If you are trying to learn English, good luck. Most of the people in the United States barely speak it properly.

Style-wise B is best, but all are grammatically correct. However, they would all sound better if you drop the "Up to". Those are unnecessary words and do not change the meaning or intent of the question.

c. sounds best from the choice of 3.

"off from" sounds awkward - "from" is superfluous.
