I met this guy named devan at my school i though he was ok but one time when I was over his house he was talking to a little 14 year old asking how she has sex with her friend the girl is bi i was shocked I really was angry that is a child who would ask something of that of a child anyway i forgot about that because i was told don't judge anyway.Beforethat he was sent to prison @ 16 for raping his sister but without evidence the could not hold him.now any to make a long story dshort i got a Trojan virus i need help getting it off I did but iu had him come over to put in some better soft where anyway I left him there at my house by himself for 10 mins tops anyway not only did he steal something from me that i really need he also put messed up crap in my computer so he could hack me later.P.S he has a registered sex offender living across the street from him and they are friendsAnotherthing he is fighting with his dad to get his sis back yto him them might win from what I hear.

one more thing he gave me a system called window washer it supposed to delete stuf from the recycle bin he say when you delete something to the recycle bin it goes in a secret place in you computer that the police if they have to can bring it up he says any it deletes it from the system completely. He has used it when the cops were looking for cild porn pics he was looking at it like it was his savior anyway That gave me a clue that he really might have rape his sister waht do I do.

I was molested as a young woman and I cannot begin to tell you just how that violation of my body has affected me today. But to answer your question you obviously have gotten spooked by this guy otherwise you would have never taken the time to seek advice from anyone. So do what you know is right and contact your local DSS or Children's Service office and let them know why you think someone should intervene on both of these children's behalf. Secondly where are the parents of the 14 year old that your friend spoke with about having sex with her friend? Why would you befriend a guy who was accussed of raping his sister who seemingly was NOT innocent. So in addition to contacting the authorities about this guy, you need to take a hard look at yourself and make sure you are not involved with people or activities that may harm children or wrongly influence them. You have a responsibility to at least make sure a trained individual has the opportunity to advocate for these children because as adults that is part of our responsibilty looking out for children. You may have children one day so do exactly as you would want someone to do for your children or for you if you were a child. DO NOT LET THIS GO WITHOUTSAYING SOMETHING!!.

Contact the non-emergency police number (not 911). Tell them what you told us...NOW!
Even if you feel uncomfortable..if this sicko does something or IS looking up inappropriate material (and he now has access to hack YOUR Computer to make it look like you are doing it too) and the police find out that you knew about it and had the ability to stop it...you may be charged with child endangerment as well.
Remember that guy that had that video and didn't turn it in right away?
Don't go to jail and be registered for the REST OF YOUR LIFE as a sex offender to protect this creep!
And..imagine what they will do to you in jail being an accomplice for this.
