I joined a Welsh male voice choir, you can learn almost anonymously by listening to others and make new friends along the way,
Now if there's a karaoke on in a local, you have a job getting me off, my favourite songs? Elvis Blue suede shoes and All shook up for laughs, American Trilogy, My way and The wonder of you for more serious.

Hey! It can be very nerve racking the first time you have to sing on stage, I know it was for me. But with a few tips I'm sure you'll do fine! Backstage: - Sing the song that you will be singing on stage - Practice scales - Drink lots of water - Clear your throat by drinking hot tea (without milk), gargling hot water, etc. - Of course, warm up! On stage: - Do not look at the audience - If you are nervous or embarrassed for some reason, imagine the entire audience in their underwear without actually looking them! - If you get butterflys in your stomach, breath deeply Good luck and have a great Christmas and new year. Logan.

If it's one person you shouldn't be afraid of singing in front of it's your singing teacher. They're there to help and develop your voice so they're definitely not going to laugh! Also singing with them would help you build confidence to sing in front of other people. The only true way to improve your voice is to get singing lessons/vocal coaching.

singing lessons would at first be advisable so you can find your range and pitch, ie every singer sings in a different key so then you would start doing exercises to warm your throat up as it is a muscle, and start training your voice and at least you know the llimitscof your vocal capabilities then... confidence does help as do nerves as if you are to nervous your voice will show it go for it

Singing at church is fun and free. Some of the singers have lots of experience and are glad to share. Sing each song as if you wrote it,(lots of feeling), and enunciate carefully, so each sound and letter comes out clear. Best wishes, and happy holidays.

If you've ever listened carefully most of them are actually "talking". Its just the way they emphasize their tones. I used to be a TERRIBLE singer, but someone pointed out to me to just be me. We sound different to ourselves. So I was trying to copycat singers. You can be a good singer, just use your natural voice more.
