Lets say I was in desperate need of perscription glasses when I met her, and now that I have those said glasses, it appears she has changed. Is it ok to cheat?

No, its never ok to cheat. If she has changed so much that you find yourself looking elsewhere, then you should seriously consider ending the relationship. It's not fair for either one of you. She would rather be single, I'm sure, than learn that she wasn't "right" for you anymore and that you went to someone else because of it. If your not sure if you want to permanently end things with her, tell her that you think you should take a trial seperation and see other people for a while. But that your still open. Just don't cheat on her. It's not right for anyone; not you, her, or the one your cheating with.

I am a cheater. Currently in a relationship with another cheater, lol, and it's going awesome *knocks on wood*. I found someone I don't even want to cheat on.
i know what cheaters think about lol, i know why they want to cheat.
If you feel a need to cheat on someone, it's not gonna work.
It's just not, full stop.
You need to get out of there and then you can fulfill whatever you wish to, without the guilt, cause cheating haunts, and it's not at all pleasant.
Tell the girl you just can't do it anymore.
She will understand, and if she doesn't then she's not a very nice girl anyway.

It is never ok to cheat. Rose coloured glasses are always the case in romance for a while. Better talking to her and advising that you would like time out and be kind but true to yourself first and also the girlfriend.

Nah. Just end it. Why put the effort into sneaking around to possibly hurt her, and waste both of your times. Just let her know the truth and move on. Even if she feels bad at first, in the long run you'll both be happier and better off.

u don't mention how she changed,must not be that bad,but as long as u don't cheat her out of the love that is hers from u,anything else just for pleasure is ok as long as it has no meaning to it,and u keep giving her the love that is hers.

Cheating is perfectly fine at this point. She was lying to you by seducing you into dating her even though she knew your vision impaired your judgment. You owe it to yourself to cheat on her with as many girls (and guys?) as possible. Be sure to tell her about it later so she never does it again and learns her place in this christian world.
