Let me run a few things past you.
The Millennium will see an Earth that hasn't been around since Eden, I think. Isaiah says that people will build their own houses and live in the house they built. People who live shorter than 100 years will be considered cursed.
After all that, Satan will convince a people to come against God one more time. After that the Judgement, and then after all the Judgement, a New Heaven and an New Earth and New Jerusalem.
What God promised to make different is that we will be incorruptible. That's something that Adam didn't have. So being that Adam was sinless yet corruptible, we will not be corruptible and so will not fall like Adam did.
I hope that answered your question.

No, but Frankie and Benjy might try again so they can find the ultimate question to life, the universe, and everything. They have to complete the experiment called Earth.

there is no evidence that help will come from elsewhere to save us from ourselves.
it seems we are on our own to deal with our issues.
we should be focusing on our future as a species, not wasting time praying for a cop out.
this earth, this spec of dust in the cosmic sea is where we make our stand. do we have what it takes?
