The reality is that there is no truth except the truth that there is no reality that has an absolute truth, it is all really very untruthful to say that there is a truth to reality when in reality it is not a truth that the untruthful truth is a reality that is real.

In reality some are in confusion with the truth, some don't bother about the truth,some give more importance to the truth, some imagine to know truth, some try to explain truthetc.

We are always in Truth and Reality. Even apparent un-truth (illusion) has a base in Truth. It's wrong knowledge which keeps us away from Truth and Reality.
Famous example - because of wrong knowledge a rope in the night looks like a Snake, whic creates fear. In the day light, it automatically becomes clear that it is a rope and not a snake. In the night, because of wrong knowledge, Snake was a false superimposition on the rope!

There is only one Truth. Brahmam the basis of everything is the Truth, you can call it by any name God, Allah, Guru, Krishna.
The pure conscience alone is truth.
We are in it, and it is within us.
Truth - never changes, not bound by time and space.
Everything else changes so is un-truth.
The philosophy propagated by Sri Aadi Sankaracharya is called as Suddhadwaitam, which says that Brahma is Satyam and Jagat is Mithya and Jeeva is not different from Brahman.

Jeevo Brahmaiva Na Parah
Mithya - is un-truth, the English translation sometimes say lie, that is not correct, Jagat sexists in this reality, but is not the Truth. Reality is time and space bound.

The "we" that are in TRUTH would be our Souls. The Spiritual realm is the realm in which all Truth resides since it is an Absolute realm of Energy.
The realm of Reality [capital "R"] is likewise the Spiritual realm within each of us. And the physical realm also has its own reality, which is relative. Likewise the MIND realm has its own realities, and these are more "real" than those within the physical realm.... but all reality is relative until one reaches the Spiritual realm where Reality becomes an Absolute.
