Not to be blessfomus to all the Christian brothers and sisters out there, just a hypothetical question. I know it is a strong belief that Jesus was the son of GOD, but suppose he just remained a goat herder. How interesting the last 2000 years would have been?

Well, I guess it would not matter. I guess I would try to find the thing that brought me the most pleasure in this life. There would be no hope beyond the grave so I would definitely live it up.

If Jesus was not God in the flesh for me life would have no meaning there would be no hope.

Well, since Jesus was the Messiah that the Jewish people were waiting for, if he hadn't come, or hadn't been the Messiah, then we would still be waiting for the Messiah, which would mean that the Jews were STILL God's Chosen People.

So I would be Jewish.

My ancestors worshiped some sun-god, and before that, they worshiped the Mother Earth.

Yep, I'm an Amazon by blood, so back off and prepare to meet your doom, if you are a man. My arrows are swift and my eye is true and nobody can ride my horse but me.

True, I've had to cut off my right breast, but death to evil-doing men is worth the sacrifice.

If there was no Jesus then I will no longer be here to listen your question. By Jesus "all that is made was made" (John)

If there was no Jesus, there wouldn't be any me to believe in anything. There would also not be any Judaism or Buddhism to believe in either. There would be no world to stand in, and no air to breathe.
