I already have a lot about the structure of a plant, how does this relate to photosythesis? The structure meaning tissues; xylem and the phloem.

Well, if you think about photosynthesis, it's the combination of water and CO2 in the presence of sunlight to produce oxygen and glucose (food). Xylem transports water through plants, and phloem carries the nutrients. So the "structure" is how the compounds get to where they're needed.
