God completely transcends this world. He is beyond everything which is said about Him here. He is nameless, formless, attributeless and at all places at all times! We, humans, have given so many names in order to be able to focus our concentration on Him and invoke Him.

He can only be experienced in deep meditation. For someone who conducts prayers, he can only get near to God, but someone who meditates always gets the chance to go and meet Him or else receive signals from Him in the form of grace.

We are already God, we just have to become human!

According to Paul, God is that within which we live move and have our very being. He is to us like water is to fish. If that defines an entity than God is entity, however if it defines presence than God is presence.
How to experience God. Just be in awe of a sunset or feel the warmth you may experience as you reach out to help another. Another Good method was developed by Gregory of Nyssa in the 3rd century. It is centering prayer. One sits quietly and forms mentally a sacred word to express to God one's intent to just be in His presence. The word can be "peace", "love", "shalom", or anything else that would be appropriate. Do not stop thinking. That only engages the mind, the will, self and ego. You disengage the mind so that you may rest in God. Do this by gently expressing the sacred word and allowing thoughts to pass through the mind like boats on a river. If you begin to engage thoughts just return gently to the sacred word. This may have to be repeated several times. This not only leads to God's presence but also nurtures campassion. It is the foundation of mystical or contemplative christianity. God says, "If you seek Me you will find Me." Centering prayer is a wonderful way to seek God. Twenty minutes twice a day is recommended. A good excercise before centering prayer is to recite this-
Be still and know that I am God.
Be still and know that I am.
Be still and know.
Be still.
Be.

Am I an entity to you or any one in the world?
I am not an entity but a co human.
What do you think, why human are for?
What did you learn by your age, and with all your questions?

Near about twenty years back, I was siting in a class room of a training program, in that the professor claimed that he can answer any question under the sun.

I said, sir, I have a question, yes, what is your question, sir, we have come here with a purpose, we go from here with a purpose and I have some thing in my hand with a purpose, showing a pencil in my hand, now tell me the purpose of human(our selves)?

He said, let us not enter in to philosophical arguments and he also said, if you can answer this with in a sentence, go ahead.

Yes, I said, "we are all here to become the children him who made us."

As such we are made ones and HE is the Maker.

See, the computer we use, is made by some one like us.
And he also operates, at that time, to the computer his presence is entity?

That is the thing to you with your maker, if your maker is your father, then HIS presence is entity or experience?

Is God an entity or a presence? : "Presence" from our material perspective.

How can one experience God? :
1. God through Holy scriptures : Reading and understanding
2. God via Inference : By meditating on Universe or on your body.
3. Direct inner persecution of God : When there are no thoughts and we are established in nothingness - state of no-mind.

God is a divine presence. No one can come to the Father except by the Son. You do not go into the presence of the Father, you invite the Son into your life, and I mean life. This is the beginning of a brand new walk. This is as simple as it gets. You begin to read the Bible and ask the Holy Ghost to teach you the spiritual secrets of the Bible. The Bible states it confounds the minds of the wise. That is the wise that do not know Jesus. You will gain that experience you are looking for.

He's both an entity and a spirit. Jesus said He is Spirit. That's in John 4. And I know He is an entity because he tells me things, teaches me, has likes and dislikes, makes time, and listens.

You can experience God by trusting Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. Trusting God makes a person different. God sees them as different. Something that an entity would do is divide things, one from another accord to His judgement.

God is spoken of as being all in all. Everything is God, it is said. And this is True... but other than abstractly, by thinking the words themselves... how do we Know this?

One must Know this intuitively. Intuition is a faculty of ones Apapsyche, and everytime you intuit something... you are experiencing the projected Energy of God.... in the form of the Truth you have intuited. That is as close as we can come on this plane to experiencing God.

The mystics tell us that at a very elevated place "within" ourselves, one can literally see oneself as one truly is. But that place is a very elevated place and none but Saints reach that height of travel.

So how can one experience God.... literally? Determine to apply oneself to the meditative practice that will facilitate such an experience. But first, find oneself a Spiritually evolved Soul capable of facilitating such a trip.

Peace

You will not visually experience God until the end of times as it is written in the Book of Revelations. For the time being if you want to experience God you may read and study the Bible which are the words of God..

Just look around yourself and you can witness GOD in the perfection with which this beautiful web of nature has been crafted. You can feel GOD in the sayings of PROPHETS(P.B.U.T) & SUFI SAINTS(R.A). Finally the best way to experience GOD is right within yourself, everytime when you are pushed to do an act of piety or goodness or thwarted when you were conniving a cunning move or tempted towards a sin. As HAZRAT ALI(R.A) once said, "I RECOGNIZED ALLAH FROM THE FAILURE OF MY PLANS". TRUE INDEED!
