Say that you have saved up the money.. but where do you send it?

If you worked than it should have been taken out of your check. If you are someone that is a teenager and earned it raking leaves and other things. You probably did not make enough to pay taxes. But if you legally have to and it wasn't taken out of your check, when you do your tax return which is probably for you the 1040A at the end it will tell you how much you will have to pay or if you get a refund and same with state return. The address will be on the tax return.

You should find somebody older and with wisdom and seek guidance. Do not send your money to anybody who tells you to do so and they will take care of your taxes; especially if the say "trust me".

Either with the tax return or to the address shown for your state in the 1040ES publication.
