To Coma White:

I don't agree with your views, but you do raise a valid point. I believe in God, but as far as the Bible goes, I think it can be considered very "loosely based" on a true story. (I do believe in Jesus, but I think he was just a man with a great message.)

The upper level Scientologists do. Many Scientologists don't reach that level and thus are unaware of these teachings.

It's at OT III (Operating Thetan Level 3) that these very strange & fiercely guarded secrets are imparted upon "worthy" members who have paid enough money to advance to such a level.

Any Scientologist who has reached such a level will vehemently deny that OT III has anything to do with aliens or "Body Thetans", etc. They are all required to sign a contract binding them to silence and denial.

My thoughts are that it sounds a lot like a story I wrote when I was in fourth grade, except I didn't drag the name of Christ into it and the planet was called Coi, and the people looked like apes with two horns on their heads. Actually, I think my story was more creative.

So yes, I think this is pretty weird.

I remember some of that in Dianetics. It was a complete brainwash that they wanted me to accept. The first few chapters were quick to get me to accept what was written, and it didn't work on me. I re read it and re read it, and it wasn't taking a hold of me. I began to think that there was something wrong with me, but I found out that there really wasn't anything wrong, the written text was wrong. It wanted me to accept false things.

I am glad that when I got to the space aliens part, I was thoroughly convinced that the book was a waste of time.

well, its kinda like when this guy was sitting in the sky with nothing to do(this guy has been around forever and somehow he got here) and was bored one day and just decided to make a bunch of things. Then later, he had to sacrifice himself to himself to appease himself, and then later was raised from the dead by himself. All that because he couldn't just forgive everyone's sins, he had to sacrifice himself first, even though he supposedly can do anything and everything...

Did that make sense at all?
