A valuable insight. You must take the responsibility for achieving proper balance in your life, for no one else cares, and there are forces trying to get you out of balance. The balance between the physical and the mental is also important.

God says "Rest". Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy(Exodus 20:8-11). Rest on the Sabbath. Worship the Lord and lay all your cares at his feet.
Look to Jesus.
